I live in Wisconsin, one of dairy states, and of course, home of the Packer CHEESE HEAD hats because of our many, famous cheeses. Well, I have some news for the cheese connoisseur not only in our state, but anywhere - THIS IS WHAT, IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, CHEDDAR SHOULD TASTE LIKE!(being more into organic/holistic foods)I attribute the wonderful texture and taste to the raw milk and aging. Love it, Love it, Love it. I agree with Debbie, it is this cheddar or nothing!

After a trip to Vermont and the Grafton Village Cheese store, no other cheddar will do. We have to have this 4 year old cheddar or none at all!

best cheddar i have found. wonderful texture , great mouth feel. what all cheddars sould be compared to.
